A minute is a minute your AI agent spends on a live call or conversation. Minutes are pooled across all of your agents and channels, so nothing goes to waste.
What if I go over my bucket?
You're never cut off mid-call. If you consistently run over, we'll move you to the next bucket so your per-minute rate keeps dropping. We'll flag it before it happens.
Do I need a separate plan for each agent?
No. Your first agent starts at $199.99/month and each additional agent is just $29/month — all drawing from the same shared minute pool.
